- Seizure Background
- Two years ago began having strange deja vu sensations which I couldn't understand. They were extremely scary and so I began Googling and it appeared what I had sounded like seizures. I made an appt. with a neurologist who confirmed with an EEG. Since then they have been rare; however, I worry that they are coming closer together and they scare the daylights out of me. I'm looking for ways to deal with this without medication.
