- Seizure Background
- I got epilepsy when I was completing my 12th standard. And after that I am in medication. I am advised to avoid swimming, driving, sun, stress(physical and mental), depression and most importantly less use of phone calls, computers and avoid late night waking up. I get very tired when i get the attack. I blink at times. This happens to be considered as a mild attack. If I am not taking good care of it then it leads to a major attack.
