- Seizure Background
- Diagnosed with adult onset in 2002 after several nocturnal seizures then one grand mal. Normal MRIs and sleep-deprived EEGs, but PET in 2007 diagnosed left temporal lobe abnormalities. I was putting up with weekly-to-fortnightly 'absences' or whatever they're called these days until a month ago when I zoned out while driving. Now on 2000 Keppra p/d and 400 Epilim am and pm.
