Thanks for the prayer....it worked. I slept like a baby last night - out for the count, and slept aaallllll the way through to the alarm (which I haven't done for loooong time)....completely seizure free too <phew>

Good to hear you've been doing well on the new meds Lorrie <thumbs up>.....unfortunately for me I've taken a turn for the worse since Sunday night. I was thinking too much about the new job, and couldn't get to sleep. So what happens when an epileptologist doesn't get enough sleep ?....yep, I had a seizure !..damn things....and so I had one on Monday night, one on Tuesday night. I just pray I can get some rest tonight...lol

Glad to hear you're better now Lorrie. I didn't know you were into real estate though ?....get me a place over there - I'll be on the next flight...lol

I'm doing okay at the moment. I haven't had a seizure for 2 weeks, although when I went to bed last night, I did feel palpitations when I was breathing, and was wondering if I was having a real tiny seizure, as things just didn't seem 'right' if you know what I mean....and Today I have been pretty tired all day, even though I still went to the gym - actually felt better when I got going on the weights and the bike.

I'm feeling a little anxious at the moment, as I'm starting that new job Tomorrow. So it'll be like being the new kid at school again. I just hope they're a nice bunch of people....unlike the moron I was working for in my last place. The job is a bit further away than my last one, so I'll be sat in traffic for about 40 minutes each way, compared to the usual 10-15 mins I was driving in the past. But if it gets me happiness at the end of the journey I'd much rather do the extra miles

So, fingers crossed for tomorrow, and an early nights sleep for me tonight.

I hope things get better for you. It'll be great if you can get to the stage where you can go and get a job - my 2 weeks at home seemed like a lifetime to me.

I quit on that Herbal stuff as I think the only REAL difference it was making was a dent in my bank balance...lol

I tend to get a bit nervy with all this herbal stuff too, as it's a bit like going on anti-depressants....are they working, or is it me BELIEVING they are working. So I came off it, and to be honest haven't noticed a difference.

I'm still taking the Tegretol, and Frisium (at nights), plus a side-dose of Magnesium and Vitamin B-Complex to control the 'relaxation' side of things.

Things are definitely looking up with this little 'cocktail' as although I'm still having the darn things, they only tend to occur in small batches, or even just single ones, maybe once every fortnight ?....so, it's definitely better than they used to be.

Thanks for the note! I am feeling much better.Thanks for asking. My cough is alot better and I'm almost done with the antibiotic. SO glad it is the weekend!
Hopefully I'll be able to sleep in tomorrow. I usually wake up early even on Saturdays. It has been really nice sleeping upstairs with our windows all open. It's been in the 50's. I love Fall!! Hope you're doing well too!!! Have a great weekend!
