- Seizure Background
- My son was diagnosed with seizure disorder at 4 months old. His seizures started the evening of his four month immunizations. He has had three hospitalizations and many trips to the ER due to prolonged siezures. He has had a normal MRI and all normal blood and urine testing. He continues to have abnormal EEG's. My son is currently on Topomax and PHenobarbitol. His levels are always being adjusted as he goes for a couple weeks with no siezures and then has breakthrough seizures. He is developmentally delayed and sees a physical and occupational therapist weekly.
