Hi Birdbomb - Have read with interest Bernards post re faking illness - Is it a form of mental prob? Whenever I suffer a big grand mal/SE seizure I just feel like a complete sh###y wreck - How on earth can you fake that?!

How you doing? Haven't heard from u in a while.
How has your summer been for u so far?
Mine was crappy. Back in July, My daughter almost passed away, she was diagnosed with 2 massive blood clots in her lungs and was in intensive care for a week and them critical care for a week, now she's at home and on blood thinners for about 6 mos.
It was very stressful for my family, and to add to this, my son is bi-polar.

Hi, Has he made it a point to get fitted for socks that help to keep his leg from swelling? Or have none of the clots been in his leg?

Hang around a bit more, you may find something that helps. I did the first time my seizures began, but it's much harder now, too many changes.
