it just occurred to me now how much the bridge resembles a bell curve
is this an emblem of the Hunt name in Dallas? the top one percent?
there's only one spot on that bridge, being a curve, which is the highest

I started to get annoyed by the bridge when I found out there are no sidewalks on it

bad weekend, several days that at least came to a peak Sat night-Sunday
today has been stable for the most part, yesterday still quaky
I had a psych appt yesterday too - about which I've figured that's not going to do it for me long run for my E, but we reviewed options about getting an epileptologist
it's nice to let things out though - to talk about some pretty crazy things over this weekend tho there's no way to quite explain - but he gave me permission to not be so obsessed my cyclic thoughts=more stress
and re: my guilt about not being able to "figure it out" I guess, and "fix it" - which is not rational(although precautions, awareness of situations that may be triggers, etc. are obviously a good idea, but not obsessive) in retrospect, but during the seizure periods I guess I find it even easier to beat myself up when I'm in a compromised state?? lol why would I need medical care when I'm my own Nurse Ratched?
