Elaine surfaces! Glad to hear from you...I think I'm the Quenn Technophobe. I tried to place you on :friend list: to no avail. Maybe between the two of us we can figure it out -that is if you're interested. I'm worn out from asking Bernard so many questions. Sure I've worn him out too. It's such a little world here and I'm anxious to roam around eg can't get into Speber's Auditorium - love music and taking about it. RobinN suggested I create a "signature link" on my post to display my poetry. ????? Well, I'm doing OK -stopped smoking and all sugar. My doctor said to wean of the cigs (too jaring for my system) so I'm taking a pinch more Lamictal and trying to stay very calm so I don't induce a seizure because I just can't wean off! I'm just black and white that way about addictions - either I do them or I don't. No middle ground or weaning off. So wish me luck and do let me know if you got this! Love - Laurie

    Hi Laurie
God I am such a technophobe, I just sat here for half an hour e.mailing you, I think I pressed the wrong button, and it vanished off the screen, let me know if you got it?

Talk again very soon, hope you are ok today, keep smiling!

    Cheers

    Seizure Background
Nearly two years ago, I had my first T/C Seizure and several since, sustaining injuries.
After examining my MRI with my neurologist and answering a list of questions, he gave me
the diagnosis of Temporal Lobe Epilepsy. I asked him why know in mid life? He explained
that I could have been having forms of TLE seizures all my life. TLE is connected with
experiencing the paranormal. I've had let's say "other worldly" experiences throughout
my life. I've been diagnosed with Bi-Polar and treated for it successfully for nearly eight
years. Fortunately, Lamicatal does "double duty" aiding Epilepsy and TLE. Five years ago
I was diagnosed with DID. As with Epilepsy I'd like to advocate and bring it out of the
closet as well. It's been studied and researched that TLE, Bi-Polar and DID are all
interconnected. Theories but no conclusive evidence. So, I live with many questions.
Though, my first priority is learning more about Epilepsy in general and how to manage
    my life around it.
