- Seizure Background
- I was born premature by three months and developed absence seizures at age six. Besides blindness and deafness, epilepsy has been the hardest condition to deal with but now taking two medications to treat it and its sometimes is good and sometimes can be bad days. I have a twin sister with the same conditions but varying to some degree. When I turned 13 my seizure changed into complex partial seizures and those can be mild to severe or sometimes not happen in a few weeks or it can be everyday thing. Epilepsy, blindness or deafness has not stopped me from being a composer/musician or a college graduate. I have met my best friend through epilepsy website and am thankful for that.
