- Seizure Background
- When I was a child I had petite mal. I never had gran-mal seizure until I was around 19. I would always have an aura - I felt nausea,then my head would pound and it felt like it was in a bench press,then I would have tunnel vision than a seizure. I have had many seizures through the years ( I'm now 57 yrs old).I have realized that it was stress related. and though I am on anti - seizure meds I have been recently only getting auras (only the pounding in the head and feeling the head is in a bench press).
