I've been having these really weird auras lately. For the last couple of weeks ~ in the evenings if I'm watching TV I imagine that I see spiders running accross the floor in front of me. It really creeps me out (but I keep it to myself or my wife thinks I'm nuts.

Anyway, don't know what it's like there but here in Hamilton, Ont, Canada we are in the middle of a massive heat wave, temps. in celceus are 29, 29.31 so far.

BTW ~ is the Iceland volcanic ash affecting your weather?

What's new with you on the job front or volunteer front?
I know that I told you on FB that I was doing great but the reality is:

Although my "seizure activity" (notice I didn't say epilepsy) has been 95% controlled since 1979, for the last 2 weeks I've been having this really strange aura.
Every evening starting at 7:00pm all I can smell is stale cigerettes and nobody smokes in the house. It has really been bothering me, and also giving me headaches.

As well, for about the past year I constantly have "neoropathy" (tingliing and numbness in my fingers and toes).
My neurologist says this is from long term use of the meds (Duh ~ do ya think?) and cannot be reversed.
I also have terrible mood swings (I'm having one now) and very poor balance, co-ordination and gait, slurred speach, ED (lots of fun there)

Other than that, I'm fine. LMFAO

I've not been on here for a while, we've had the most unbeliveable weather here for the last 10 days or so, and I've been in the garden, working out, trying to get in shape for the Summer, I can't bear to be indoors in the warm sunshine. I hope all is well with you? I've had a few wobblers, but it is so much better lately, I am however having some well weird dreams, and I sit and Tell Mark all about them the next day, he can't believe when I tell him, they are totally bizzare, but that's the Hippocampus for you??!!
I may have a job soon, I'll let you know what happens, it's a Recruitment Consultant position, may start temp and go perm if they like me, I worked as one for years before, but I am terrified at the thought of going back to work!!

Hi Elaine - May the 4th be with you as well.
I have not been on here a lot lately. My mother is ill with cancer and that is keeping me busy. Work is also giving me plenty of hours, but nothing I can't handle. There are positives in my life like my new little granddaughter born before Christmas (note my new pic). My E is being good to me which is good during this busy and stressful time.
