I came across a thread on swimming and saw your post sayng that you swim in the ocean here in San Diego. I do as well, but only during the summer because I'm a total wimp. I wanted to compete in the LJ Rough Water this past year but didn't feel as though I was in good enough shape. I took 24 years off of swimming and had started back 5 months prior. I'm hoping to swim it this year.
I was talking to some people at the San Diego Epilepsy Foundation and said it would be fun to have an EF label on my suit or cap.
Where do you swim? Do you join in the Rough Water fun?
