    Seizure Background
    tonic clonic seizures since age 11. Anti-seizure medication; dilantin. My seizures occur only when I fall asleep. I have not had one since August 2010.
    Treatments
    Dilantin-suspension 6 ML 2x day. Valium-prn. 5HTP 100mg @ bedtime. Melatonin-5mg @ bedtime. exercise at least 3 times a week. Listen to relaxation music @bedtime.
