Did you mean extremely tired ?

I don't usually have trouble. I did for a while and a doctor suggested some vitamins and minerals and I haven't had any trouble since.

Is that what is happening to you Hawke?
Are you taking medication close to the time you should go to sleep? Perhaps not eating or taking anything after 7 or 8:00 might help. Then you could drink some herbal tea, or ? before bed.

Have you considered a bedtime routine, to teach your brain and body that it is time for rest? Maybe some calming stretches, writing your thoughts down, to get them off your mind, and then make sure there are no lights on.

Are there noises that bother you? Maybe some earplugs would help with that.
TV's in the bedroom are also considered a bad idea if you have sleep problems. Maybe read a book instead.

    Are you really tired Hawke?

Very slow for me too Hawke. I have had difficulty all day.
I think the server is feeling a bit under the weather.
I hope it gets better so people can log in this evening.

Checkin in to see how you are doing.
I am painting another coat of paint in my bathroom, so I am trying not to breath.
Rebecca's dance show went really well last night. She was very pleased with how it turned out.

I hope you have a good Sunday.

    Hi Hawke - ... I had a busy day.
I put a coat of paint on my bathroom walls.. oil base, so my head didn't really like the smell.
Then I took Rebecca to a doctor's appt after school, grabbed her some dinner, and dropped her off for her opening night of Dancetra. I came home and I have been working on my watercolor. My husband is out with a friend from S.F. so I have a quiet house

Let's see... my Memorial Day was rather quiet, but I enjoyed the weekend. This weekend is going to be busy again. Rebecca has a 9:00 neurofeedback session, and it is about an hour drive to the clinic. And her last Dancetra show is that night. I am going to see it both Friday and Saturday. She has been practicing since January for this in her dance class.

It has been a really pretty day here today. Hope you are not too hot in San Antonio.
