    Hi Hawke,
What I mean about reacting to what you eat. If you are allergic to a food, instead of sneezing, or rash, or stomach cramps.... you could have a reaction that is producing lethargy and fatigue. Since you are diabetic, you might not be balancing out the proteins with your carbs adequately.
    Just a thought.

What do you mean? Could I be reacting to the food I eat. It doesn't make any sense to me.

Could you be reacting to the food that you eat Hawke? If you are tired 3 hrs after you eat, there might be a connection.

How's your day so far? I'm stll tired all the time, especially between meals. I could eat something then about two to three hours later. I'm tired again. This has been happening for a long time. How's your weekend starting out? How's your daughter? Any plans for the weekend? I wonder if my seizures could be causing this tiredness. I hope you have a great weekend. Keep up the good work.

Hope you get over this bout with lethargy Hawke. Are you working out with your weights?
Exercise does seem to help with the tiredness.
