- Seizure Background
- My daughter who just turned 13 had her first grand mal seizure when she was 5, she was sleeping with me and it was the most horrific event a parent could ever witness, I had never seen a seizure before. I suspect she had them earlier as well when I found her floating in the bathtub at 4 years, I didn't know about seizures at that time. Since she has been on and off of medication. She now is also diagnosed with ADD/ADHD and taking meds for both conditions. I am having a very difficult time with the schools getting her help for learning. She is tired all the time.
