    Seizure Background
My daughter had 2 seizures when she was 12. She was valproic acid for over 2 years. After a normal EEG, her pediatric neurologist recommended taking her off the va and she gradually took one pill less for 3 weeks until she was completely off the medication, then she had a grand mal seizure today. Her np will see her in 2 days and is probably going to put her on lamotrigine. She is 14 and is a tall (5'7") and physically robust (175 pounds). She has PDD NOS. Her MRI showed a large cyst which they say is unrelated to the seizures. She is on a GF/CF diet and takes supplements as per her pediatrician(biomedical interventions - autism).
    Treatments
    about to start lamotrigine
    Location
