    My grand dauhter takes the max of epilim she has had 1 child and this child is now showing a hole in the heart.Im am very worried because she is trying to get pregnant again . Ihave read that she can have a spina bifida child and i am very worried because she has trouble looking after this one, shes always tired. Could someone reasure me that im not over reacting
