    Seizure Background
    My 7 year old son had polycythemia at birth which caused brain injuries and seizures. He was seizure free until age 4 when he had a grand mal. He was seizure free for 2 more years then at 6 1/2 had a seizure and then they started more frequently. He is seizure free since starting meds.
    Treatments
    He is currently taking Depakote 125 mg, 2 pills, 3 times per day. Also Adderall, 15mg for ADHD.
