- Seizure Background
- I'm really confused and I've never done this before, I had petit mal seizures as a kid, I had them really bad, between 70 and 100 a day then around 12 they just went away. Over the years every now and then I would have a grand mal, but nothing ever came of it(I had about 5-6 of them), they didn't interfere with my life and I was young and living life and had other things going on. Then about 5 years ago I had a grand mal seizure that was so bad I didn't know who my son was, I didn't know my friend and neighbor, I didn't know the cops who I punched 3 times in the face before they got me under control with sedatives. All the while My son is screaming and crying and I'm terrified of him, I have no idea who anyone is!! The seizures just kept coming, worse and worse. Sometimes none, sometimes 1, sometimes 4. I also get really confused and scattered and I forget things. My nuro sent me to another type of neuro who basically says it's from hitting my head so much, and having so many seizures.

- I take 1000mg depekote twice a day, 300mg Dilantin in am, and 200mg in pm, Topamax 100mg twice a day, seraquel 50mg onec, ativan 2mg twice a day ,Diastat suppository 2 equalling 40mg as needed
