    Seizure Background
Well since i was 11 years old i have been diagnosed with Epilepsy, two different types infanct. Absonce, and Grand Mal. It was a very strange experience because what happened was that when i had the Absonce, (The first realisation to my parents that i may have it, was when i was on stage at a dancing comp, and i blanked out mid performance. It happened alot of times at school aswell and i was severely bullied for it) i was put on medication and it worked very well for me. Then after a couple of years my doctor slowly took me off it. Soon after i had a Grand mal seizure that lasted for an extended amount of time, my mother honestly thought i was going to die. Once again i saw my doctor and he referred me to another specialist and he diagnosed me again after a million tests (EEG, MI, etc) with Grand Mal epilepsy. Yeah i was very annoyed at first, i hated having it come back worse, and having to take medication again, but without this diagnosis, who knows what state i'd be in, and i would still be having seizures.
