- Seizure Background
- Following a concussion from hitting a tree while sledding as a three or four year old child, I had
several seizures. Later at ages 16 or 17 I experienced seizures. A neurologist at that time diagnosed
epilepsy. I took phenobarbitol for four years.
Now at age 51 I am having episodes of doing and speaking that I am completely unconscious of.
Several times I have been told that I cursed or said things I had no memory of. Is there a
correlation between that childhood concussion and the seizures?
