- Seizure Background
- Hi Everyone! I began having seizures when I was six months old, but they ended, so we thought. . During my childhood, I experienced deja vu all the time, but didn't understand it. At the age of 22, I had brain surgery for a benign brain tumor, and I've been on medication ever since. For the most part, I experience partial and complex partial seizures along with ALL OF THE SIDE EFFECTS FROM MY MEDICATION.
I'm still a working mother, but I wish I didn't have to do it. They don't understand how hard it is having to work, have a seizure and be sooo exhausted afterward but not be able to tell anyone or just lay down and sleep! I feel so blessed to be "in the midst" of people who sincerely understand. - Treatments
