- Seizure Background
- Have had seizures since I was 9 mos. old. Have had been on the wrong Rx (neurologist's admission for over 25 years (25 yrs. ago) and am now having problems with Rx and long term effects of certain Rx. I have a friend who is a neurophysiologist whom I consult on occasion to answer questions which the neurologists might not be able to answer.
Also, I set up a non-profit organization in my province for those who must deal with seizures - patients, medical people and the general public. Was on a Federal Gov't committee dealing with the employability of the handicapped & disabled, on Provincial Committees & boards dealing with seizures & disabilities,
and I'm the recipient of one of the Queen's Golden Jubilee Medals for all my public service to my city, province and country. Have run a non-protit service organization and counseled people with disorders, based on my experience & information which I was able to find. - Treatments
