- Was diagnosed with eplepsy 28 years ago though I recall having them most of my life. I had a serious seizure about 7 months ago in which I fell and split my forehead open. Now I have a lovely jagged scar right down the center of my forehead. Besides the psycological effects I am now finding my long-term memory is effected.
