- Seizure Background
- My daughter has had seizures since she was 14. She is now almost 22 and the seizures and meds have ruined her life. She has now had a diagnosis of mild retardation and she used to be on the a b honor roll at school. A few times she has mysteriously gone 4 whole weeks without a seizure and by that 4th week she has "come back," sees the way her life has become and gets very angry and depressed. She is only mildly retarded when she has weekly seizures which is most of the time.
