    Seizure Background
    At age 9 I suffered from mumps encephalitis.
    For years I experienced occasional 'funny feelings' (auras).
    After my first year of university I had my first grand mal seizure.
    Thanks to dilantin and myslin I only experienced about four further seizures. Then I had my brain removed. (I had one seizure after that. The doc says that they must have missed a few brain cells.)
    Now I am still on the same meds but am seizure and almost aura free!
