- Seizure Background
- I am not sure what I have. I had one test that showed a spike, then another one that didn't then last spring I had brain scan and more tests for seizure activity and they didn't show anything. But the first test she was talking to me and I talked back. For me I just start staring into space sometimes I am aware and other times I am not. Now socially this really stinks. Plus it has gotten much worse over the years, I am 49, I want/need to go to work...I also hate medications. Have sleep apnea and have problems with the mask. It seems any little stressor triggers it. I am at a loss as what to do. The last nuerologist just wanted to give me some sort of meds, that had nothing to do with seizures, I would assume make it all worse.
