Lately I have been extremely depressed ... . Today I was extremely dizzy and felt like I could pass out at anytime. I don't know if you ever felt that way .... I am just tired of dealing with PTSD. I'm also tired of having flashbacks. I have had those thoughts for a long time. Nobody seems to understand me and what I'm going through. Other then me how are you doing? I hope you're having a good weekend!!

Aloha Hawke, howzit? Are you suffering any of that nasty Ike buisness? Nice to hear from you. Things here are the usual fare, 80degrees and voggy (volcano emmisions). We are all waiting for the tradewinds to come back and blow this away. Fortunately we have no reports of any hurricanes in our neck of the ocean but we are way over due, thing is we are a dot in the big blue ocean and so far the storms haven't found us.
