- Seizure Background
- I am 50 and have had epilepsy since the age of 3. I used to have petit mal seizures as a child, but since my late 20's the seizures have become unmanageable. I am considering brain surgery, if that is an option, as it wasn't when I was 18 - I was advised against it then. I am living on my own and facing many daily challenges.
