I did that right brain vs left brain test you posted in 2007. Oh wow! At first I didn't understand but when I stared at her feet and then back up, it changed! It scared me, haha! So I guess I'm both?

All is fairly well here. Unusually warm winter. We had a few cold snaps, but I only used the snowblower once. Just back from a birthday party for my uncle. 90 years old and still works outside with his sons and has a mind better than mine. Great example of a life well lived.

Robin... I have an 8yo son with BRE and we're doing neurofeedback for the last 4 months. I see where you've done this over a year's period of time. Do you have anymore information on your daughter's progress. Cooper can get very stimulated by the treatments, depending on the wire's placement. Did you have a similar experience. I also saw a picture of your daughter doing neurofeedback at home... how did you do this? How did you know where to place the wire? Who did you work with for these types of treatments? I'm desperate for information. Cooper is asaultive at school and we were hoping the neurofeedback would be more helpful. Maybe it will take more time. We've done about 60 sessions 2-3 times a week. I haven't tried 2 a day though. Please if you have the time... contact me <<desperate!

Hi Robin...My son Kaden is having more issues with seizure meds. He has been on 3, and with all he has had serious side effects. I'm not sure I see this stopping, so I am seriously considering stopping the meds and taking my son to see a naturpathic doctor. This is the approach you take, right? No seizure meds for your daughter? Any advice you could offer would be appreciated .. Anna

Hi Robin, It's a been a while and I just saw one of your posts that Rebecca is doing really well these days. That's fantastic news! I'm still on the GF diet and I would never go back even if I was told I would never seize again. Best thing I ever did. Anyway, I have a question for you...I'm noticing now that I'll seize right before my menstrual cycle, which I think is new for me or at least I never saw the connection and I'm certain I would've picked up on it. However, I'm 42 now and my periods aren't exactly the way they use to be so I'm assuming I'm having some hormonal seizures. So I wanted to ask you if you had any ideas / advice on how to help control these? Thanks so much and CONGRATS to Rebecca and of course to you as well since we all know you've worked hard at finding alternatives! Kelley

Hi RobynN. I have read many of your posts and cannot help but be impressed with your bright attitude and your obvious love for your daughter. You seem such a beautiful person. I am a male of 41, and spent many years in the Sydney police force before I saw the light and got out. I thought I was a hard, tough bloke, but stories such as yours and your family's, along with many others, have made me realise that I am not as hard and tough as I thought I was. I have come to realise that toughness comes from within, after suffering different trials and tribulations, not from physical strength. (We also recently adopted a little girl from China which has also bought me back down to earth). Thanks again for your insightful posts. Scott.
