Thanks Robin! I'm really glad to be here. There are times that I truly believe what I'm doing is the right thing and then there are times that I question if it's all worth it. I know that finding others who are working towards the same goals really help to encourage me in my own journey. You're not alone

I just looked at your updated portfolio. There seems to be a big change in your work. More vibrant color; I like it. Was that a result of your painting trip to Mexico?

Hey Robin, I just wanted to drop by and give you a great big hug for opening my eyes again, re. the thread about meditation etc.

Explanation :
Many years ago, I found such inner peace and joy through a series off books by Sanaya Roman, beginning with 'Living With Joy'. They are kind off Spiritual books, but if you read them and then sort of re-read them, there does seem to be explanations to everything in life. I've started meditating again, using deep-breathing exercises, and my inner-rage that I've been holding for a while is starting to calm down again.
