    Hi Hawke -
Life is pleasant here. I hear the birds outside and they appear very happy.
Rebecca is doing well, though she still struggles with injuries to her knees. Too much dancing I guess.
I planted some vegetables this week. They are very healthy.

I hope you have a good weekend Hawke.
Try to get outside if you can.

    Sorry that you are lost.

I have not been able to get on to the forum much today. It has been giving me troubles.

Sorry you feel that way Hawke.
I don't think I should tell you what I use to tell Rebecca when she said that.
There is far too much to do in this life... to be bored, in my opinion.

Hawke, I was working out in the yard all day.
I keep my computer on , but I don't always check the site. It might be dead because it is the first week of summer for many people. Especially those that have kids.

I am doing the best I can Hawke. Some days are easier for me to be online.

    Darn!
I hope that you get another appointment soon.
Rebecca is going tomorrow morning to see if she has injured her knees. She has been complaining, and I know she has been working them very hard with her ice skating and dance classes.

    Welcome back Hawke.
Summer began here this week, and Rebecca is off for a bit taking an english class.
It has been warm, but I must say I do enjoy it. I wanted to go out painting today, but I need to be available to pick up from the high school. I just don't feel comfortable letting her walk home alone.
We have been doing the Neurofeedback here at home, and she remains seizure free. It takes me about an hour, with set up and clean up. The actual NFB session is 30 min.

When did you say that You are going to see your doctor next?
Do they have any suggestions for sleep?

    Hi Hawke.
My day is going well. I have been doing some odd jobs around the house. It is the first day of summer vacation around here, and we need to leave in an hour to go to the neurofeedback training.

Rebecca had a seizure last night, which I was very unhappy to hear. I am sorry you have been having more. Do you do anything to work on lowering your threshold? Are you careful about your diet? Drink enough water?

It must get scary sometimes. Especially when you don't know when the next one will occur. I am so sorry that you have to go through with this. I have been having some of the feelings that a migraine is about to happen. I take a little extra magnesium when that happens. Thanks for reminding me.

I hope your dog is taking care of you.

    Hi Hawke,
Sorry to hear that it is so hot there already. We have finally had some warm nice days here in LA. I love this time of the year here in SoCA.

I have been extremely busy the past few days. I sure hope I can slow down soon.

    Is your sleep better Hawke?

Did you mean extremely tired ?

I don't usually have trouble. I did for a while and a doctor suggested some vitamins and minerals and I haven't had any trouble since.

Is that what is happening to you Hawke?
Are you taking medication close to the time you should go to sleep? Perhaps not eating or taking anything after 7 or 8:00 might help. Then you could drink some herbal tea, or ? before bed.

Have you considered a bedtime routine, to teach your brain and body that it is time for rest? Maybe some calming stretches, writing your thoughts down, to get them off your mind, and then make sure there are no lights on.

Are there noises that bother you? Maybe some earplugs would help with that.
TV's in the bedroom are also considered a bad idea if you have sleep problems. Maybe read a book instead.

    Are you really tired Hawke?
