- Seizure Background
- Seizures from left temporal lobe. I had surgery at UCLA almost 3 years ago but still have occasional mini seizures especially in my sleep. I believe they are brought on from the current stress in my life. I am still on Dilantin,Lamictal and a low dose of phenobarbital. I am looking for ways to calm down my anxiety. I am trying breathing techniques and yoga classes. I woke up today with a headache and very soapy taste in my mouth and am curious if this could be the result of a mini seizure.
