- Seizure Background
- Had the occasional tonic-clonic seizure as a child. At about the age of ten, we got the situation more or less stabilized on medication. Stopped taking meds at age 23, after an entirely seizure-free 5+ years, for reasons that were ultimately unrelated. Began having occasional 'absence' seizures about eight weeks later. Fiddled, for a while, with different combo's of meds, but never got them to go away entirely. Now once again having the occasional tonic-clonic seizure.
