- Hx: simple-partial, complex-partial, tonic-clonic seizures.
VNS implanted 11/25/2003. Not a candidate for surgery.
Most recent ambulatory EEG showed 10-20 seizures daily.
All simple and complex-partial sz. Tonic-clonics under control.
Cause: Brain abnormality.
Mutation during gestation damaged three lobes in right hemisphere. - Treatments
- Meds: Keppra 4000mg. Trileptal 1350 mg. Klonopin 1mg. VNS; Sleep
