    Spencer!
Is this where I can reach you at?
I need a giant favor. I need to get a ride to the airport, and get a house sitter (for my cats). Is this do-able?

If you want to do this, please do. Don't know if there is going to be a lot of long hours, but it might be fun.

Way ahead of ya there.....Michelle 'Mike' Murphy is a long time friend of mine. I was one of her first 'students' back in about 1979 or 80 I think? I talked to her last year and this year about maybe being a coach.

I forgot to mention the 'Natural Ear Music School' on S. first. In other words, you would be a music coach.
I have a friend who did this for a couple of years during a rough patch.
Kid bands aren't that bad (with ear plugs and drugs).

Thanks Shelley.....I will get through this somehow, even if I have to mow lawns...he he.
It's more than a dream...it's a business. I'z a owner...with bills and all. Now it's just up to me to get peeps to pay for the services!

Incidentally, until I can get it all spelled out on the website...I intend to foster 'tit-for-tat' as far as membership fees go, so any deal I get as far as services rendered can translate into price break on membership fee, dig? Hopefully, everyone involved gets work...makes a little...has a good time...makes a living.
On another note, thanks for the airing last night!....I could only catch the last 15 minutes due to 'American Idiots' and our battle over the TV here....but it looked great!
    Peace, Spencer

Yeah, I have plenty of co-workers who are musicians. Roberts, Brad, and several others are hanging on. Barely. Do you mind mowing lawns a lot. I have another co-worker whose brother lives with him. All his brother has been able to do is mow everybody's yard.
Are you geeky? perhaps you can repair peoples snarled up operating systems. Maybe work for computer nerds, geek squad, or work for an electronics store.
Lots of people are going back to school, and getting grants and loans to enhance personal marketability.
I know you have s dream, and I have a friend who has his own websites, but he needs a job to keep it going.
I know it sounds icky, but how about work in a fast food restaurant? I did that for a while. I did find a real job soon after.
Can you tend bar? Not sure about your neck of the woods, but I'm sure there are a few bars that may need someone.
Become a producer at channelAustin. People do hire producers to work on various projects. One person started out that way there, and is employed there now.
Hang in there. Your ship will come in.
BTW. We are hiring tax examiners, but it is stressful, I'm sure. We use Goodwill for our janitorial needs. (thought?)
    Hugs to you and Renee.

It's tough ya know? I've been trying to get a business idea off the ground, but it takes time, money, sweat, money, tears, money, and bullshit.......did I mention money? I am lookin' for part-time work ASAP to try and keep Renee's head from exploding (she does the bills and doesn't mind telling me that). But other the THAT...and the ever-present possibility of getting sick for weeks by this Goddamn H1N1-North American-piggy-back-whatever-the-hell-they-wanna-call-it-next-FLU......
    .....I'm doin' OK
