- Seizure Background
- It all began at age 10 when I had an extreme grand-mal which left me in a coma. Following that I was mostly treated for complex partial seizures and some grand mal seizures with medication, biofeedback training, psychiatric treatment, counseling and a temporal lobectomy. Currently, I have very frequent complex partial seizures, which now at age 36 have started to lead to postictal psychosis. I am also dealing with general psychological issues which I believe are mainly due to the epilepsy.
