Hi Stacy I am new to CEW. I have had epilepsy for over 30 years but was wondering if you know of anyone who has children with Fetal Valproate Syndrome.

hi Robin! Thanks for writing. I've been good, but a little frazzled. I've been reading a book you might be interested in.. it's called "The Venus Week" I'll have to look up the author. It talks about the one week out of the month when you feel great followed by the one week where you feel like a pile of buffalo bagels. It goes on to give suggestions on how to make this one week last the entire month. Very interesting. gotta run get Allen off to his #3 day of school.

I'm sorry to hear you have to take any medicine at all. but I thank you for writing. 500mg a day is a lot in my eyes, but I know people out there on 2-3X that amount. I hope all goes well for you.
