- Seizure Background
- Developed temporal lobe epilepsy due to childhood/infant brain injury at adolecence and was diagnosed with convulsions at the age of eighteen. Medications generally controlled seizures, but very poor tolerance of severe side effects. Went through many medications. Had brain surgery to remove a mass of scar tissue the size of a grown man's thumb from the medial temporal lobe. Now unmedicated, mild occasional activity.
