    Hi "SD" - I don't understand American footy @ all - it's like rugby - a game played by men with odd shaped balls!!!! - Am supposed to fly 2 Dublin 2nite for the game v Argentina but flights R mega-delayed -We have 15" snow here in the valley & it's still falling!

    You said in your last e-mail said that you think Epilepsy is harder for men. I gotta agree with you. I had a real ruff time in my late teens and twenties. Being without a drivers license really sucked when trying to get a date and people didn't understand what I was going through back in the 80's & 90's. I lived in the country and I had a real ruff time getting places without my parents taking me. All of my friends were getting married and I felt like I was being left in the dust. I went through some bad depressing times back then. Thank God for my church for then and now. I am on three different meds right now I am on 1050mg of Trileptal twice a day gen. Keppra 1250mg twice daily and Vimpat 100mg twice daily. How's that for a handful of pills.Three things I am very thankful for is I have a house of my own and being able to keep a full time job and supporting myself. I have worked for the Social Security Administration for the past 18yrs and the insurance I have is great for the meds.

    Seizure Background
    I had my first gtc when I was ten from the chicken pox. It was thought it was from a high fever of course. The seizures just kept coming on. It looks like the chicken pox just triggered what was already there. I have many types of seizures. Grand Mal, Petit Mal, Myoclonic, Simple Partial, and Complex Partial. I also have these seizures nocturnally.I am a happy mom of a 12 and a half year old who also has epilepsy and is delayed with other disabilaties. He is my pride and joy. Alex is his name.

    Vimpat 100am 150pm Keppra 750am 1500pm Lorazepam 2pm take if needed durring day Zonegran200am 300pm
