Advice on dieting? I've never "dieted" in my life. I just choose to eat quality foods all the time (ie. I don't drink sodas, eat snacks, candies, etc.).

Good job on the not smoking. Its like a new Birthday.I need some help on dieting. Got any advice?

Hey, Bernard. You have been such a good listener. I thought I would fill you in on Alex's situation. Everything is comming together great. We walked the epilepsy walk on saturday with our lawyer.We were team shake rattle and rollers in Tacoma Wa. We had Alex's grad dance the night before. So you know we were tired.Just some good news.
