I have been putting things down on the calandar. And I am much better just today. Thank you so much for your support. It means a lot when people stop comming aroung when you don't feel so good.

Just don't forget to keep notes. Maybe Alex can help you do this, for those times that you are confused. Even if you just have stickers that he can put down on a calendar that have a symbolic meaning, this might be helpful

Thank you. I am still feeling a bit freaky. All this time I thought I was having panick attacks. They were Absence and myoclonic.I was going nuts. Until I called my nurse and told her I was done with these meds. They are not working. They got me in for an emergency appointment last wed. had me in and monitored in an hour. I got out Sat.No panick attacks. Seizures.I am pooped.Thank you so much for caring. It really makes a difference. And poor Alex.It was tougher on him watching me go through this. LOVES

Sorry you are having a rough go of it lately. I hope your doctors can figure out what is going on. You will be in my thoughts

That is really great news!
I am so impressed with this therapy. Now it is my turn to attempt it at home. Seems to be rather easy to do, and the set up isn't too difficult.
