- Seizure Background
- I had been diagnosed with two grandmal seizures back in 2007.
1st. time June 4, 2007 , time 11:00am - 11:20am. -- I was working to going into the family bathroom, I rotated twice, I fell backwards and hit my head with my cap on. The cap muffled some of my impact.
2nd. time. I had another massive Grand Mal seizure in front of my live in girlfriend. She called 911. Then she called my sister and my mom. I came out of the seizure, I saw a paramedic in front of me, I did not know how I got on the futon. My mom got angry and demanded I go to Scott & White in Temple, Texas. I spent almost a week there. They put me on phenytoin to treat the seizures. I have been seizure free over 2 years. - Treatments
- Currently I take 6 pills daily. 3 in the morning. and 3 in the evening. I take (dialantin)phenytoin 100 mg capsules. Glipizide Er 2.5, 1 time a day Gemfibrozil 600 mg, 2 times a day Metformin 1000 mg,
