    I was in D.C. at the Senate and House of Representatives for Deafblind Awareness week. I was explaining about SSP (Support Service Providers) that many of need as Deafblind individuals. Their kinda like interpreters, reader, scribe all in one person. Anyways I visited Senator Kohl (or at least the one in D.C.) as well as Senator staff for Kay Baylie Hutchenson of Texas and Senator from Oklahoma who is a doctor first lol.
    Then I was able to go to the White House and meet President Obama. That was quite an exciting time.

    Congratulations on visiting with the Senator. A lot of people don't get that chance with them being busy and everything.
    Do you mind me asking, why you were there? Were you advocating?
