- I've lived with epilepsy since i was 16. im 22 now with a daughter born 12/18/07. i recently went under monitoring <eeg for a week> they determined i have juvenile myoclonic epilepsy with tonic clonic seizures. i was under control on trileptal and depakote but had to quit both when i was pregnant. i started keppra and added trileptal back after she was born. last week they took trileptal off saying it wasnt a good med for my type of epilepsy. they tried me on zonegran with my keppra last week and it was horrible now im on lamictal w. keppra, i went for monitoring in hopes of being able to get surgery but no hope since i have jme.

- keppra 750 mg take 2 twice daily and just started lamictal working up dosage
