I was misdiagnosed by a poor doctor with EP 25 years ago and after a lot of private research I'm now convinced I have "conversion disorder" to cut a long story short I now take 2-3 catnaps a day which allows the brain to produce delta waves and the difference is amazing! I also take iron tablets so the blood can carry more oxygen and no longer listen to doctors !!!

Hey pete, it's great that you are able to go without meds. Your diagnostic journey is quite unusual, probably unlikely to occur for most folks with an epilepsy diagnosis. "Conversion disorder" is considered a psychological syndrome -- are you seeing a therapist to help?
