Martial Artist and boxers who enter competitions to prove who's better have these fights. They punch themselves full force in the stomach and liver.
You often hear "liver shot" or whatever. And when these guys get hit there you can see they are crying in pain .

Yet they keep going, they keep being fighters. Seems they don't care. Seems they think that the more they do it, the stronger their livers will get.

So is it true? Then, i hear about meds possibly damaging the Liver. But we shouldn't care because the more damage we get in our liver, the stronger it will get?

Damage is damage. It doesn't mean 'getting stronger.'

Your doctor will do tests every six months or so to make sure your liver is healthy. Drug induced liver damage is very rare. 1000 cases in the U.S a year, with only 13% of that being due to drugs that are not Tylenol. So you are very unlikely to develop liver damage.

Most of those guys are being punched directly in the liver. That's the whole point of the musculoskeletal system-to take the force of a hit without damaging internal organs. Not to say that with repeated blows there would be no damage whatsoever. But these guys train for these things.
