Noticing there might be a link between me not eating in the morning and seizures.
Anyone else with similar observation?

Yes low blood sugar can be troublesome and you would have that after night sleep.should not do that even if not face it in the morning. It make even somebody with anything or nothing faint or feel like sh1t

:agree:

Low blood sugar has occasionally been a trigger for me. Even if you're not super-hungry, it's a good idea to eat something in the a.m.

Gut microbiota regulate blood sugar including insulin release. Also, when we don't feed our microbiota they dine on us, the mucosal lining of our intestines. And this has gut-brain implications via the vagus nerve which connects the gut with the brain.

Still waiting for someone to participate in the Gut-Brain Epilepsy Project here on CWE. It's only about $70 to have your gut flora tested.

Very helpful info, was A HUGE BATTLE this morning, and mildly Seduced within the hour after eating
