This is an interesting article about an ongoing study of the brain of a man who recently died at age 83, and donated his brain for this research. He had surgery in 1953 to prevent seizures, and it nearly wiped out his memory. Now they think they can learn about the brain and memory from his studying his brain - interesting article.

SCIENCE OF MEMORY: Researchers To Study Pieces Of Unique Brain

That's the name of the article and it's in the Hartford Courant (November 29 issue, but it's still there). If you want to read it, go to the Hartford Courant website, and click on "Life & Family" and then on "Health."

That is

a really interesting article. I read the whole thing, and it is amazing how something that was meant to help someone to have such a totally different outcome.......

Oh, I

read the entire article, and it was FASCINATING. The things that they can hopefully learn from his brain.......
